Okay, I mostly transferred over as a way to archive my old LJ. Not sure I'll get back into the blogging thing here, but we'll see I guess.

I just made myself giggle with the best imagined scene ever after opening a bottle of beer.

Setting: A bar. A nice, dark one that isn't blaring dance music.
Characters: Bartender, girl, blonde guy

Bartender pops the top off a bottle of beer and slides it over to the girl, sitting at the bar. The guy is sitting a few seats down, and is interested in the girl, but not too obviously.

Girl, after taking a sip: Mmm, I do love a blonde.
Guy rises expectantly, starting towards her. Girl looks straight at him.
Girl: Ale! Fuck off.

And, since I can't ever end things well, we'll just leave it at that, since that's all I really came up with.

Also, I'm really glad I did. Between this, and an Eddie Izzard special on YouTube, I'm almost able to forget the mourning I'm currently doing for David Tennant's Doctor.
Turns out I was wrong and there were 5 David Tennant Bedtime Stories. So, here's the fifth one:

We had lots of fun at Leavenworth. I'll post about that later. I just wanted to get this up quickly as I catch up on the last few days of things.

carvinkeeper12: (Bad Fangirl)
This has been a very David Tennant Christmas. Not only was he freaking everywhere on programs that aired for the first time, but over the last three days I've been watching the Casanova he appeared in with my family. They all love it, even though it's a bit awkward to watch sexual montages with your mother/father/daughter/son/brother/sister.

My parents finally realised that I have a bit of a HUGE fangirl crush on Mr. Tennant, and true to his personality my dad keeps giving me a hard time about it. I don't know exactly why, but I get pretty defensive about it.

Really this was an excuse to use this icon. I love it so.
I've been a bit busy skiing, so you get a double-whammy today!

I forgot the title of this story already...

"The Christmas Bear"

That last sweater is so wonderfully garish. And he should probably not wear Santa hats...

I think that was the last one, but I'll keep an eye out. I think they're just re-airing next week though. For now, I wait for The End of Time, Part 1 to finish downloading.
Story numbah two!

I highly approve of the costumes. I wonder what colour sweater is next?

Well, I'm off to Whistler for a bit. Hopefully I'll get internet access so I can keep posting these. If not, have good holidays everyone and I'll see you around!

David Tennant is reading bedtime stories for CBBC. His voices for characters are GREAT. I'll post them as soon as I find them (so long as I have internet). Last night was the first one. The intro and end are so wonderfully cheesy.

I get to go skiing tomorrow!
My room at home tends to be a little bit chilly in the winter, because it is in the basement. I forgot to bring my super warm socks home, and have yet to dig my slippers out of the closet, so I am currently wearing a thick pair of toe socks.

I forgot how weird toe socks feel at first. Also, there is a hole at the end of one of the big toes, meaning that that particular toe is a little bit cold. Oh well.

These finals are taking WAY TOO LONG. It's getting annoying. I want to be done with school already!

More tea, methinks.

Finals Time

Dec. 14th, 2009 09:01 pm
carvinkeeper12: (Original)
Man the last couple of weeks have been hectic. I've got most of one of those lined Post-Its stuck on my computer next to the track pad with my to-do list for the last two weeks on it.

[x] Capstone Proposal
[x] Personal Marketing Plan [ ] Final
[ ] Internship Journals
[x] Marketing Plan [x] Presentation [ ]
[x] Business Plan [x] Presentation [ ]
[x] Essay [ ] Concert Review

Each line is a class, and it's pretty much in the order they're due:

Emerging Trends
Intro to Marketing
Internship
Music Marketing
Entrepreneurship: Developing the Music Business Venture
Writing About Popular Music

I was supposed to be done with Music Marketing and Entrepreneurship after today, but we didn't get through presentations in either class. So, today is the second to last day of classes, but Wednesday is going to be more presentations and we're changing in both those classes to a take-home final due Friday. The journals for Internship are due Friday as well. I fly home on Thursday, so guess what I'm going to be doing on the plane? Originally the finals for those classes were supposed to be NEXT Wednesday too, as this Wednesday is officially Reading Day, but we convinced him to move them up because the 23rd is just way too late.

I'm really excited to get this all done with. My business plan is 18 pages long if you include the spreadsheets. That's not that much for a business plan, but still. My essay (on the first incarnation of Rough Trade Records and why they revolutionized the indie scene in the UK and why they ultimately failed) was 11 pages. This is the most writing I've done since Freshman year I think.

Right now, I'm procrastinating on that Intro to Marketing final. It's all essay questions, but we're limited to one page double-spaced per question. It's due by 11am tomorrow. Then my last concert review thing only has to be 300 words and is due at 6pm. Then I need to do laundry and start packing and rehearse my presentations a couple of times. Oh NYU, how you work us through the very last minute.

Break should be really fun though. I'm getting home, changing, and going out to dinner with the family & Grandma at the country club we randomly decided to become semi-members of. Saturday I'm having a bunch of people over to watch the Waters of Mars US premier. I think most of us will have seen it already through the magic of the internet, but we're trying to offset our impatience by boosting the ratings. (Not that I have a Nielson box...) Then Sunday I think I'm taking the train down to Portland to join the rest of my family at my other Grandma's house. Then we're doing Christmas early before going up to Whistler and skiing until just before New Years. New Years is probably going to be at Carolyn's cabin again, but might be at Whistler with family friends, I have to decide. Then a week at home, probably with more skiing at Stevens, before the whole group of high school friends & local college roommates heads up to the cabin at Whistler for a weekend. Then I fly back and have a week here before my classes start again.

Oh, and I've joined yet another site that's probably gonna take me away from here. First Twitter with it's easy, quick, tiny updates. Then DailyBooth, with pictures accompanied by captions of any length. Oh boy.

I've decided Lady GaGa is actually really really good. I was all prepared to not care, just like with almost every other artist in the Top 40, but then her songs started getting stuck in my head. I have to give her props for keeping up with her "I'ma do my own thing, so deal" persona no matter what, and I have to concede that her music is just fucking catchy. Also, she dropped out of NYU, and would have graduated last year, so that's kinda cool.

Anyway. I want the semester to be over already, so I should probably get on that Marketing final.
I've been having strangely awesome things happen lately.

1) I got interviewed at the COD: Modern Warfare 2 launch party in Union Squrare and later found I was on the front page of www.joystiq.com for a day. The permanent link to the article is this. I was pretty much skirting the question he put to me, as I'm not really all that much of a gamer. I got a couple free shirts, a picture with my friends, and amusing people watching standing in that line for an hour or so. Then we decided we needed to study for quizzes more than we wanted to wait for ANOTHER 30 minutes to get into the tent. Oh, and also my friend's co-worker said he saw us on the news, so I guess one of the cameras that wandered by was some NY local news station.

2) Got to participate in a UK radio station's "Get As Many Doctor Who Fans In As Many Countries On A Conference Call As Possible While David Tennant Guest Co-Hosts The Show For Three Days" call. It was fun, and you can listen too! The conference call comes up and then happens around 11:20-ish. Also, contrary to what they said, they called me, so I don't know what all that was about.

Here's the ridiculous e-mail I sent in when I saw Christian O'Connell's request for volunteers on his Twitter:

Hey Christian!

Michelle here. I'm currently in New York City, originally from Seattle, spend a lot of time skiing in Canada at a resort town called Whistler that attracts a lot of Aussies. (I also seem to pick up accents, as I've twice been mistaken for an Aussie while chatting with strangers up there, but that's really just unnecessary trivia.) Is that international enough? Okay, I got a bit carried away there. I'm basically just a hippie American who wishes she were from somewhere cooler.

As a 20-year-old, third-year university student I'm pretty sure I'll still be up at 2am local time when your show hits its second hour. I'd love to participate! If not, send along some good vibes from me to everyone at the show.

Cheers,

Life in general has been pretty nice recently. Good night.

# Studying has turned into doing crosswords and pretending to study.

This is from just now. We're sitting outside the classroom we'll have a midterm in in half an hour and giving up on studying.

# Stupid snoring kept me up half the night. Need it to stop now.

My roommate's boyfriend slept over last night. I was studying, so I was up later than they were, so I couldn't get to sleep for the loud snoring coming from across the room. Then when I woke up this morning he was even louder than he'd been then somehow. He finally woke up when I was putting on my shoes to go to class. My roommate had left before even I'd woken up to head to her own class.

# #murdermonday Geez, I dunno. I'll hafta think. RT @MSI FUCK musicmonday it doz nutin 4 anyone SO I'm officialy changing it to murdermonday.

This amused me at about 3AM last night. I still haven't come up with anyone I would actually like to see killed.

# Torchwood just made me spasm in surprise. It was most uncomfortable a movement, and I should have seen it coming.

I was watching the third episode of the first season and there's a moment that I knew was coming, but it still managed to startle me. Because I was laying on my stomach and my roommate and her boyfriend were asleep in the room, my reflexive reaction was to spasm and sorta-hump the bed. It actually hurt quite a bit.

# Man, I'm still digging confetti out of my OTHER bag...

After the TMBG show at the NYU auditorium yesterday I picked up my bag which was covered in confetti and watched as a bunch of it fell in. This was a different bag than the one I'd taken to the Museum of Natural History show, which I actually did find confetti in again today.

# So many kiddies. They're so cute.

I was watching all the kids file into the auditorium. I really really need to find a babysitting job. One of the best moments was the kid next to me was sitting on his mom's lap, and after the confetti went off he was completely distracted from the music and focused solely on playing with confetti. (I'd estimate he was about 4.) Eventually he reached over a bunch and kept plucking confetti off my lap, and his mom was all "No! We don't touch other people." I laughed and said I didn't mind, then picked up a handful and blew it into his face. I have a cute picture of his brother too, I need to upload the photos from the show.

# Concert time moved. I forgot. Fail. Could have hung out with Marcos for longer.

I met my friend for brunch around 12:30, as he was visiting the city for the week. I thought I had to send him up to Grand Central by 2, because that was the original time of the concert and I completely forgot that the time had moved to 4. As I was wandering around wondering why the doors were locked, I passed by Danny trying to figure out how to get in, and ended up getting coffee with another couple who'd gotten there early and then went across the street to the Library to study a little tiny bit before heading back over to Skirball.

# Either that ambulance's siren was just awesome or the paramedics were having a bit of fun.

Walking to meet Marcos, an ambulance siren kept going in a cool rhythm. I'm pretty sure it was whoever was pressing the button amusing themselves.

# RT Watch! @Katie_Buchanan Attention World: The MOVING ON MUSIC VIDEO http://bit.ly/kAON9

I helped my friend make a music video a few weeks ago. Call time was 6am at the Brooklyn Bridge. I was supposed to be set photographer, but my battery died after one photo, so I ended up just being the pack mule. It was cool though, because it was me and two good friends. The finished video is gorgeous. I embedded it:

# @defleper I don't like any of his movies. I just liked the SNL sketch.

My friend replied about The Rock's new movie looking shitty to my below thing about his being on SNL.

# WHY DID YOU LET GERARD BUTLER SING!?

They let him sing "Music of the Night," which he butchered in that movie, and trying to sing it live while throwing in elements of how he only plays action or romantic roles was an epic fail.

# Dwanye Johnson on SNL is AWESOME!

His Obama impression was actually better than the cast member who always has to be Obama.

# @AlanGordon Musical taste is only one aspect of people. They have other qualities that more than make up for this.

He was about the third person to tell me to drop my friends because of what happened below. I was sick of it.

# <--- I am making this face right now.

My Twitter picture is my hands over my face.

# Oh god. Jonas Brothers. AND THEY KNOW THE WORDS! WHAT THE FUCK!?

After this they moved on to the Bee Gees, which was better. This was a low point of the night. My other friend and I sat there staring at each other and them with our mouths open not believing what was happening.

# Why are the people I'm with blasting Taylor Swift? WHY ARE MY FRIENDS INSANE?!

I was scared. Very scared.

# A line? What is this foreign concept? Empty amusement parks FTW.

At Six Flags it was rainy and cold, so the first line we encountered all day was making me impatient.

# Tallest and fastest roller coaster in the world. Check.

Kingda Ka at Six Flags in New Jersey. 45 stories tall/128 MPH. It's over in like 20 seconds, but it's probably the second most awesome adrenaline rush I've had after bungee jumping. I almost didn't do it too, but then one of my friends decided to so I sucked it up and am so glad I did.

# @SpectralSpark SPOILERS.

I thought my friend had posted a spoiler for a show I'm a couple episodes behind on. I went back and re-read it later and it turns out that in my It's-7am-and-I-just-woke-up-after-about-4-hours-of-sleep stupor I misread the word "religion" as "rebellion." I should probably apologize to him for that.

# Hmmmm, thinking of heading to bed. Getting up around 7 for SIX FLAGS. First, a little more Friday night loserdom. #LOFNOTC

LOFNOTC = Losers of Friday Night On Their Computers. It was accidentally started by Amanda Palmer over the summer and it basically ends up being a bunch of drunk people celebrating being in on Friday night. I wasn't drunk, but it was still fun.

# @amandapalmer For even more indoors fun...Uncomfortable Plot Summaries! http://bit.ly/NFfY #LOFNOTC

Yeah, there were a few things related to LOFNOTC this night. They kinda explain themselves for the most part.

# I'm very glad to finally be able to participate in #LOFNOTC. It started 5 months ago...

# RT: @amandapalmer WE WILL USE CAPS LOCK WE WILL STAY AT HOME WE WILL TAKE NO PRISONERS!! ALL HAIL #LOFNOTC!! HTTP://TWITGOO.COM/4DJ5E

# Joining the ranks of #LOFNOTC! Woo!

# Hey, remember when the Blue Scholars played in my high school's gym? They've come a long way...XD Good on them.

Blue Scholars are playing CMJ. I was amused and had a burst of Seattle pride.

# Looking up CMJ bands again. Some of these bands have practically no online presence. It's insane.

I like that my task for work is sending a list of bands I like or want to check out to my boss. However, some of them only have like one song on their MySpace which just doesn't make sense in this day and age.

# That was fun. Now, food, back to NY, and work for a couple of hours.

# Hanging out at the World Cafe. Lucero will play on Live at Noon soon on WXPN. Take a listen.

Trip to Philly was spend entirely at WXPN, but it was really fun. I got to meet the programming director of the station, and the Universal Music AAA radio rep.

# First cab ride of the semester. Stupid, unreliable L train.

I left at a good time to get me where I needed to meet my boss at 9:30 for our trip to Philly, but the L train was just sitting down the tunnel and didn't move in 7 minutes so I wasted $2.25 swiping in just to leave and find a cab. I ended up only being a couple minutes late and the timing worked perfectly because Thaddeus was a little late too so he only had to wait for about a minute for me to finish getting our coffee before I came out and hopped in the car.

# I wish he would stop implying that blogs are an inherently inferior form of music writing.

We have this one awful class on Thursday evenings. It's supposed to be a writing class but none of us feel like we're actually learning anything after the other 4 required writing classes. Especially because the teacher is veering off in a completely different direction. It's become that the people who got the best grades in the other classes are almost failing for some unknown reason.

# Wish I had a drink. Coffee or tea would be very nice right now.

At the beginning of the above class. I just wanted something to keep me occupied in some way. I'll have to remember to bring a paper with a crossword in it next class because I'll go crazy if I give the teacher my full attention.

# Walking to class is gonna be fun considering the mini-adventure that was walking across Union Square to get food. Wish I had wellies.

It was raining harder than it really had so far this year. I don't currently own an umbrella so it was a ridiculous adventure even walking three or four blocks to Wendy's for food. Luckily by the time class rolled around the rain had let up quite a bit.

Well, the midterm is over. I think I did pretty well, but there were definitely some things I could have studied better. Like the specific terms/acronyms rather than just what they meant when applied. I think overall I'll be fine though. One down, two? to go. I have to double check for a couple of classes.

Now, transferring some money onto my ID/into Campus Cash so I can get food before my next class. I left my wallet at home. Luckily the internet is awesome. I needed to put more money on my ID anyway for laundry so it's really just win/win.

I leave you with...one of my favorite of the TMBG pictures from yesterday:

So, [livejournal.com profile] dj_spider gave me a good idea. (Partially) Because of Twitter, I've been neglecting this here LJ more than I had been. So, here's to see if expanding on my Twitter posts of the last 24 hours will be at all interesting.

Day trip to Philly tomorrow, tagging along for a session at WXPN. Should be fun. Or at least interesting.

This is for my internship. I guess one of my bosses' bands has a radio session? That's what I'm assuming anyway. But, we're leaving at like 9am and I've been assured we'll be back by evening.

@stephenfry Flavoured is the only way I can stomach vodka without a mixer. So, it comes in handy at uni.

Stephen Fry (the British comedian, if you didn't know) said something about there having to be things worse than flavoured vodka, but none came to mind. I took it upon myself to point out one of its uses. This status also amuses me because it shows how I'm strange and switch my language and spellings depending on who I'm talking to. Any normal person would still have said "flavored" and "college," but nope, I have to get all fancy.

I just realized I mis-read my syllabus last night. I feel much less guilty about missing class this morning now.

I though we were having a case study discussion in Marketing this morning, so when I woke up as class started going "Oh crap, maybe this cold is not getting better at all..." I panicked a little bit before deciding my health was fairly important and I should go back to sleep. Recently I re-read the syllabus and it turns out that the case study discussion is on Tuesday. Phew.

I just found out about the new John Landis film "Burke and Hare." It'll star @simonpegg and David Tennant. Awesome much?

I'd heard rumors about this for the past couple of days, but it seems to be official now. Dark comedy, starring Simon Pegg and David Tennant as directed by the guy who did Thriller and The Blues Brothers?! Of course I'm excited!

Fuck that clown!

My friends finally saw Zombieland, so I joined in their celebrating with the quote that stuck most with me.

The only downside to wearing this vest...it's down so there's feathers all over whatever I'm wearing under it after I take it off.

I think this came from me finding yet another feather on my shirt and watching it float away after I picked it off. I was probably also procrastinating, because there's really no point to this one.

Holy crap! RT @chantalclaret This is Awesome! RT @juniorsanchez UMMM OHH HELL YEAH!!!! CRAZYNESS http://bit.ly/zjb6U

It's a video of a guitar made out of an NES. I had to spread the love.

I want so badly to fuck off during the class break. So tired. Not learning new things today.

Having class from 6:20pm to 9pm three days a week gets tiring. Yesterday was one of the worse days we've had so far. I love the teacher, but everything he was going over seemed so obvious or unnecessary. My friend and I were slowly sinking into our seats, trying to stay awake, and making annoyed comments to each other all class, just waiting for it to end. We didn't even get a 10 minute break like we normally do! (Haha, how much like a brat do I sound?)

@thedoosra What a good birthday spying!

'Twas my friend's birthday yesterday, and he finally saw Spike Lee, who works in our film department. He also hit some ridiculous number of e-mails in his Gmail account, and decided that combining all those things with all the birthday wishes he received made the birthday pretty awesome.

Yay! Marcos time tomorrow!

My friend is visiting the city for his Fall Break, and we decided that we were both free today. Of course, this morning he was talked into going to Pennsylvania until Saturday so we'll see if I actually get to see him.

Hallway smells like stale cigarettes and gross.

Walking down the hallway to get to our office yesterday was nauseating. The gross turned out to be (on the next walk-through I realized this) the smell of packing materials.

Printer running out of ink = surprisingly awesome signs for the CMJ party.

Working (well, interning) for a music management company means interesting things. The College Music Journal festival is next week, and my boss organized an unofficial party on Saturday the 24th, so yesterday was spent making up schedules and signs to post around the venue. The signs direct people to the roof, and the printer running out of ink made some of them black, some of them pink, and some of them pink/blue striped-ish. Much more exciting than plain black.

Hiya!

So, yesterday we had Jeff Rosen come to speak in our Music Marketing class. He's Bob Dylan's manager. That was really awesome. The conversation was mostly my teacher asking him questions and them kinda talking, but at the end a couple of the students got to ask questions too. I'm not actually allowed to talk about WHAT was said, but overall it was kinda negative. Errol (teacher) pointed out later that he's still thinking within the current system of the music industry which is clearly dying, but not thinking beyond, which is what Errol (our whole department really) is encouraging us to do.

But yeah, that was exciting and I wasn't allowed to say anything about it beforehand, so I was bursting a bit.

In other news, my GPA is not good enough to warrant NYU letting me study abroad in London next semester. I get that it's a - if not the most - popular site, but really? No, "we'll see how you're doing around midterms"? I'm gonna e-mail my advisor and see if there's anything I can do to try to appeal. Next semester is the only one I have to go abroad, and I've kinda been planning on doing so since...elementary school? Something like that. If worse comes to worse, I guess I can just move to London for six months or so after graduation.

So anyway, that was my mini-update that served as a procrastination tool. I'm really starting to loathe my Writing about Popular Music class. The teacher isn't clear in his prompts and then grades us horribly, and it's about the 5th required writing class we've had. We're all a bit sick of it, and most of us know we don't want to go into journalism. So, back to reading about how to write about music. And wondering if I'll be able to make it through the quizzes without "The Elements of Style". It didn't get cracked Freshman year so I threw it away. I would really rather not have to buy it again. I don't have any space for it anyway.
It would appear that I no longer am the owner of a bike. Alan helped me move everything out of storage yesterday, but we weren't able to get my bike from the car, around the corner into the dorm along with everything else in one trip. So, I locked it to a pole and moved in.

Now, I am a forgetful twat, so naturally I got distracted by something after unpacking all my boxes and organizing everything. Then it was a friend's concert, so I dressed up according to theme (90's Jr High dance) and went. Kat and a bunch of other friends showed up later as it was her 20th birthday. I got home around 3am and somehow couldn't fall asleep. I estimate I didn't sleep until about 5, but when your eyes are closed and you're tossing and turning it's hard to accurately mark time.

Earlier today I was hungry so I went and figured out where the nearest Chipotle is. On the way, I passed a bike shop and remembered about mine. When I got back to the dorm I double checked with the front desk person that there was space in the basement for the bikes because Horace knows there's no room in my tiny dorm. So I go and I eat, and then go downstairs and around the corner to get my bike. Of course, as I had worried vaguely as I passed the bike shop earlier, it wasn't there. Great. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to/can do now. It's my own damn fault for leaving it there overnight, assuming that a measly cable lock would keep it safe. There are so many "I should have"s here it's almost not worth going into them.

I should have:
- remembered it was there as Alan was leaving and walked him to his car to get it.
- walked Alan to his car to cause myself to remember it was there.
- taken the front wheel up with me in the first place.
- put it back in Alan's car like I'd suggested, or taken it first and put the other stuff back in the car.
- had a better lock.
- had a better combination to the lock.

The kicker is: I don't have $150+ to spend on a "new" bike. I guess I'm walking to school.

Well, I'll start this off happy with birthday wishes for the lovely Kassi [livejournal.com profile] tardis60 and crazy-cool Feefs [livejournal.com profile] i_aregettingold!

Now, a cut for ugh-ness. Academic probation... )

Well then. Time to schedule a meeting with my department administrator for this week, fill out the weird questionnaire they sent me with the letter and figure out how to explain what did/didn't happen.
The good:

So many people for so long have been talking about Doctor Who and how amazing it is. Well, last week I finally started watching it. I'd put the first series of the 2005 reboot on hold at the library and it came in last Monday. A week and two days later I'm watching Series 4 Episode 4. Yeah, I got hooked. And OH MY GOD all of you in love with David Tennant are completely correct. The man is amazing. And hilarious. ("Barefoot on the moon!") And pretty. Really really pretty.

Someone told me they think the library two-parter is their favorite episode (not sure if he meant of this series or overall). Well, I haven't gotten there yet, but the last episode of series 2 is my favorite so far. I cried. So hard. And then had to watch that scene again last night. And cried again.

The bad:

When my dad and I got home from work today my mom let us know that my grandma found a lump in her breast. She found it the other day, and went in today. I think tomorrow (or at least soon) she's going in to talk with a consultant and a surgeon, and probably will have it biopsied (sp?) then. What I'm not so sure is good or bad is that she got back from California about two weeks ago and said it wasn't there before the trip (or on the trip). Oh boy. Scary.

I am a silly girl. I got sunburned so bad over the weekend. We went out on Carolyn's boat on Saturday for Seafair, to watch the Blue Angels' airshow from the lake. I was good and put sunscreen on right at the beginning, but then completely forgot to reapply until we got back at about 4pm (we'd left around 11:30). Today at my internship every movement that made my jeans rub my thighs the wrong way was a little bit of agony. I think the only parts of me that didn't get at least a little burned were the backs of my legs, the tops of my feet, and my eyelids.

In more exciting news, I cooked tonight. I like cooking, and I'm alright at it, but I just never seem to get up the energy or drive to do it normally. My dad and I stopped by the store on the way home from work though, and I decided to go for it. We also stopped at the library where I picked up The Complete First Season of the new Doctor Who series. So my dad and I ended up watching a few episodes of that over dinner. I'm excited. A lot of my friends keep gushing about the show, and my friends tend to have good taste so I'm excited to be starting it finally. So far it's great.

Now, it's time to cover myself in aloe and lotion with Vitamin E in it before passing out. Gotta figure out how to get the ad campaign assets all over the world in the morning! Marketing is strange. And hectic.
